Marketing Manager – FORM

We are FORM, a passionate music company of committed music fans with offices in Brighton and London, bringing together historic UK concert promoters One Inch Badge and Rockfeedback. We are a curatorial, progressive, artist-driven company that organizes and promotes over 600 live shows a year across a wide range of media and genres for artists such as Glass Animals, Father John Misty, Flume, The War on Drugs, Future Islands, Elder Island, Yard Act, Brian Wilson, Mogwai, Nils Frahm, Billy Nomates and many more.

Our festivals include Pitchfork Music Festival London, Mutations Festival Brighton, Visions Festival London and London Borough of Culture 2022.


Job overview:
Manage, develop and implement a progressive marketing strategy in all aspects of the marketing department for all live events for FORM.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Global management of the progressive and development marketing department of FORM
– Lead and undertake the company’s organic and paid social media strategy
– Review and reporting on delivery and performance of paid advertisements
– Liaise with external marketing sources, including venues and ticketing, to support the delivery of marketing campaigns
– Management of the physical marketing strategy of the company
– Create and direct visual assets to models for digital and physical use
– Maintenance of corporate owned websites using integrated backend systems
– Continuously refine our sales funnel based on current trends – capture and use data and convert sales throughout campaigns
– Develop and build progressive marketing plans and reports for clients
– Sending monthly reports to the management of the company, describing in a precise and quantifiable way the performance of our global marketing production
– Accurately manage marketing budgets, using company systems to record expenses
– Assist senior management and external agencies with overall company branding, website development and company marketing position
– Ensure the representation of company events at events within the framework of the FORM program
– Provide support across broader company projects and work as needed
– Work with the whole team through positive motivations towards EDI, the work environment and culture within FORM, supporting managers and the rest of the team to be leaders in the ‘industry

Required Skills :
– A proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns within live music
– A minimum of 3 years in marketing in a comparable event promotion/music-focused business
– Proficiency in Mac operating systems
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Knowledge of Adobe Suite programs for creating and editing visual assets in templates

Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week (excluding breaks) + additional hours which may be required from time to time for the fulfillment of your role
